Refund Policy

15 Day Money Back Guarantee on all goMobile Orders


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please email sales@prolocalatlanta.com to submit your refund request. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and follow up with details on how your refund will be processed. Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@prolocalatlanta.com.

Refunds GoLocal Marketing Package


We currently do not offer a refund on our goLocal marketing package. Once services have begun no refunds will be offered. You can always cancel your goLocal services after your first 30 days of service if you do not wish to continue.
